Shipping Policy

We will begin processing your order as soon as we confirm payment in our accounts via PayStack or Bank Transfer. We process all orders within 1 working day (we do not process orders during weekends or public holidays). Once your payment is confirmed, we will let you know we received it and give you an estimated delivery date. Just so you know, this is only an estimate. We relay information received from our couriers, GIG and DHL. If there is any delay, it is usually beyond our control and pertains to the shipping service/couriers.

Tracking Information

If you have chosen to ship via DHL, we will provide you with a tracking number. Unfortunately, we cannot provide tracking information for orders shipped using other methods. If tracking is necessary, please choose DHL as your shipping option.

International Shipping

International shipping is done via DHL only. DHL charges are by weight, so charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout after you enter your address. Delivery times for international shipping are typically 3-5 working days after it has been shipped.

Depending on your country of delivery, you may have to pay import duties and taxes (including VAT) to customs when the package arrives. We don’t charge you for that or pay for it for you. I want you to know that this will be your responsibility in totality.

Returns Policy
