Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll work quickly to make it right.

Eligibility for a Replacement or Refund

  • Your order arrived damaged during delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If a replacement is more appropriate than a refund, we will arrange to send your replacement as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error, such as sending the wrong product or a damaged item.
